The Simpsons Opening in Pixels Looks Amazing As an 8-Bit Video Game

Pixel artists Paul Robertson and Ivan Dixon created an amazing video re-imagining the opening of The Simpsons as it might have appeared in an 8-bit Nintendo game.

The video begins with a pretty accurate depiction of the classic Simpsons Opening and takes the couch gag to Nintendo Boss levels paying homage to not only classic 8-bit video games but decades worth of Simpsons characters and episodes.
