Police: Oneonta Man Aims Arrows at Cops, Locks Inside for 23 Hrs
Tyler W. Burr (age 28) of Emmons Hill Road in Oneonta was arrested on July 17, 2022 after allegedly shooting arrows at troopers while being questioned by NY State Police about a theft from Price Chopper.
