Two family members have died following an drowning accident in Sullivan County.

Jackie J. Henry (age 34, Richville), Lorraine E. Stevens (age 25, Hermon), and Desiree N. Lowery (age 32, Potsdam) were killed in a crash on Chub Lake Rd in Fowler.
