What may be the craziest event we've ever concocted, the Insane Inflatable 5K is this weekend at the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse.  And we couldn't have gotten better weather, sunny and 75 both Saturday and Sunday.  Here are some key things to know if you're running in Saturday or Sunday's event.

What better way to run a 5k than in full-blown costume? Throughout the country, we've seen superheroes, ballerinas and football players run this race. But, which characters will make it to ours when it comes to the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse on September 27-28?

On Tuesday morning, the hosts of the morning news program 'Fox and Friends' tackled one of the Insane Inflatable 5K's marquee obstacles, Pure Misery. The 5K made its debut earlier this year and the craze has quickly spread from coast to coast.

A bloody nose, a chipped nail or a twisted ankle...all safe predictions for the upcoming Insane Inflatable 5K slated for September 27th and the 28th at the New York State Fairgrounds. But who would of guessed a wedding proposal during the event?
