If you are a fan of everything Stewart's Shops has to offer, then you will soon have one more location to look forward to. Stewart's plans to build a shop in New Hartford near The Hampton Inn and Suites off of Middle Settlement Road.

The new Stewart's Shop in West Utica at Court Street and Lincoln Avenue is set to open this week and we've got a first look inside the brand new store.

It was a long fought battle and one I didn't quite understand between East Uticans and Saratoga Springs based Stewart's Shops. But it's all over now except for the ice cream as Stewart's Shops announces they will be opening their first location in the City of Utica at Court and State Streets on the city's near west side.

Remember a few weeks back we were broadcasting at Stewarts for their 25th annual “Holiday Match” project? Well it was a record year for their campaign. Customers raised $700,000 between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
