Teens Are Cleaning Up with the New Social Media TrashTag Challenge
Teens do some dumb stuff for internet fame: the Tide Pod Challenge, the Cinnamon Challenge, and the 48-Hour Challenge - but there's finally one we can get behind. The #trashtag challenge.
Basically, instead of eating detergent pods, teens around the world have been cleaning up trash and taking before and after pictures. Turns out teens - in addition to making dumb choices sometimes - can also be pretty good people.
You can see examples of the hashtag HERE.
It looks like a lot of the "challengers" are in Europe - even as far away as Russia - but we'd love to see this picked up in the United States as well.
Isn't that better than eating detergent?
