The 2020 Utica-Rome Back to School Picture Gallery

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives in numerous ways. One of them is the whole "back to school" process in Utica, Rome, Oneida, Herkimer, New Hartford, Whisteboro, and across the Mohawk Valley.

From shopping to preparing, from masks to backpacks, from alternate day classrooms to Zoom video learning...everything has changed. But one constant is the pride parents have in their young learners. And the pride displayed by youngsters as they began the learning curve in 2020.

We asked our Facebook Friends to post their favorite "back to school" pictures and we received a ton of photos. Here's a sampling of what we've received:

We know there are all sorts of back to school plans this year. Everyone's going back to class on staggered schedules, with a mixture of in-school and at-home learning.
