This Is Beyond Bizarre- A Nine Month Old Baby In Pakistan Arrested For Murder [VIDEO]

This story out of Pakistan is beyond bizarre.  Police in Pakistan arrested a nine month old baby boy for attempted murder.  Did you catch that?  The baby is nine months old.

The baby was released on bail and police were told to "record the baby's statement."  What the heck?  He can't record a statement.  He's 9 months old!
