Trudy Wants To Know-Can We Please Enjoy Summer And Not Rush The Seasons?

When I was out shopping over the weekend, I saw something that made me laugh out loud.  Literally , laugh out loud.   I'm wondering if would could please enjoy summer and not rush into fall or the holidays just yet?While walking around Hobby Lobby in New Hartford looking for some patriotic decorations for the Fourth of July, I saw aisle after aisle of fall decorations.  Pumpkins, scarecrows, harvest signs and everything you'd need to decorate for fall.  Granted, they did have one aisle of patriotic merchandise but plenty more fall merchandise.  Silly me looking for summer decorations, even though the calendar still read June.

However,  that's not what made me laugh out loud, although I did shake my head as I thought "this is way too soon."  Ready for it?  They'd started stocking Christmas decorations.  Can you stand it?  Summer just arrived less than two weeks ago.  I'm not ready to look at Christmas decorations and from the look on the face of the guy in the aisle who saw me laughing, he isn't either.  How about you?
