City of Utica Produces Video Highlighting Mayor Rob Palmieri’s Accomplishments with Alicia Keys Parody ‘Mayor on Fire’

The City of Utica has been producing videos to promote the city recently, and this video was just released showing Mayor Rob Palmieri cleaning up the town.

A brother and sister who attend Proctor High School do a vocal and rap performance to the tune of Alicia Keys's 'Girl on Fire.' The performance is reminiscent of the re-worked version that Keys herself did in honor of President Barack Obama during his Inauguration Ball called "Obama on Fire."
