Was Winter Storm Harper A Dud or Not? [PHOTOS]

We were ready with enough bread, eggs, and milk to last at least a week. Harper showed up and...meh.

Yes, there was quite a bit of snow - but maybe our snow storm standards are too high after Stella, but Harper seemed a little anti-climatic. I mean, I could still see my car - is it even a snow storm if you can still find your car?

I mean, we were so prepared - Governor Cuomo even made a stop in Utica. When the politicians are ready for a photo op, you sort of expect a little more.

So now we'll be eating French toast for the next month, and we've already dug out from the (relative) lack of snow.
