Anna Kournikova knows a thing or two about staying in shape.  Not only because of her tennis pro career but also as the new coach on 'The Biggest Loser.'

Anna shared three weight loss tips with Glamour  magazine readers that aren't too extreme for anybody who is trying to lose weight. 

1.  No gym?  No problem.  Anna says growing up in the Soviet Union, they didn't have treadmills or any gyms and they simply worked with what they had.  Jumping rope for ten minutes is a great workout.  All you need to run is a good pair of running sneakers and a good sports bra.  Simple as that.

2.  Get enough sleep.  It's just as important as your workout routine, whatever that may be.  Just don't let getting extra sleep get in the way of your next excercise session.  Make time for it and don't skimp on it.

3.  Make it happen.  Or like the Nike slogan, Anna says just do it!  Make the time to exercise.  Not only will you be helping your body but you'll also have more confidence and energy.  Feel good about it and don't put it off, which only leaves you feeling guilty.
