What will be on your Thanksgiving table this year?  Turkey, potatoes, stuffing.  All the standard stuff, right.  Mine too.

One of my favorites is the gelled cranberry sauce.  Now this is a side I used to abhor.  But with age, I’ve come to appreciate, even relish the stuff.  So much so that I buy it year round.  But I don’t eat it straight.  Here’s my variation and one for you to try when you got a whole jar of it left over.  Try mixing it in with some vanilla yogurt.  I’m sure someone makes it but I don’t recall ever seeing cranberry flavored yogurt in the stores.  I mix some of the left over cranberry gel with the yogurt the next morning and it makes the perfect breakfast!
