What if Your Pregnant Wife Asked You To Shave Her Legs?
My wife is pregnant with our first child and I couldn't be more excited. We're on quite the amazing journey together. Though we're on this journey together I wonder if there's still some things we should do by ourselves.
I've spent most of my life being oblivious to many things. I often compare my attention span to that of a house cat but as I start to get closer and closer to being a father I've started to notice things and become more perceptive. Maybe it's new instincts kicking in and that's a good thing.
One thing I've noticed is that my wife is starting to have more and more trouble bending down and reaching for things. It's totally understandable and I don't think she should have to bend down for things. I'm more than happy to give my back for hers. I would do anything for her. Well, maybe not anything.
It has not happened yet but I know the question could be coming in the next several weeks if not days. I'm wondering when the time will come where she's unable to do some basic tasks. Summer is coming and she's going to be wearing shorts and dresses. Will she be able to shave her own legs? What is she asks me to do it?
I'm like Meatloaf. I would do anything for love but I won't do that.
Of all of my pregnancy worries this has made its way near the top of the list. I've never shaved a pair of legs before. I've never shaved my own so I certainly don't know how I could be trusted to shave someone else's.
Is this a thing men must adapt and learn how to do?
Is the payback for her shaving my back?
