Winnipeg Police Produce Jarring Traffic Safety Video

As part of a Canadian 'Just Slow Down' campaign to promote traffic safety, the police department in Winnipeg has posted a jarring and graphic video to illustrate the message of slowing down and watching your speed near school zones.
