Count The Illegal Turns Made Within an Hour Into This North Utica Shopping Plaza

Your heading to your North Utica destination driving down Lehland Ave. and suddenly the car in front of you stops to make an illegal left turn into the plaza. Yes, heading to the light and making the left turn and then left into the plaza is too much to ask.

I decided to camp out in the Big Lots Plaza in North Utica and video traffic for an hour. You'll be amazed at how many time drivers deliberately make an illegal left turn into the Price Chopper Plaza. You'll be amazed on how many deliberately disobey all 6 signs saying that this is not a proper driving move.
