The Budweiser Clydesdales are making their stops around the Central New York area - all gearing up for Honor America Days in Rome this weekend. The Hitch Team made a stop in Utica, and I got to find out what it's like to work with these horses everyday.

Just before 2pm on Thursday, crowds began to gather down Varick Street in Utica. Everyone was ready to see the Budweiser Clydesdale Hitch Team, with the horses delivering beer to our local bars. As I stood watching the horses get hooked up, and get ready to head out, I wondered about all the workers - all these men and women who make an amazing sight like this possible.

Luckily for me, I got the chance to talk to Larry - one of the members of the Hitch Team. Larry has been with the Budweiser Clydesdales for 25 years. 25 Years! So I figured he was the best one to ask my questions to.

If you weren't able to see the Budweiser Clydesdales today - Don't worry! You still have a chance to see them in Rome for Honor America Days, and at Vernon Downs on Sunday. Matt Hubbell has the details here.
