Can Central New York Weather Stay The Same For Fifteen Years?- Trudy’s World [VIDEO]

What a fun few days I've had with my friend Nettie. She's visiting from Germany. Nettie last visited Central New York fifteen years ago and I was curious if anything had changed, in her eyes, over those fifteen years.  Those of you who complain about our weather will appreciate what my friend had to say.....in German. It was wonderful to see her again and I hope we'll meet, either here or in Germany before another fifteen years goes by. Time to learn some German  just in case, although her English is excellent.
