A video by the Kentucky State Police is making the rounds and going viral on social media. Bardstown, Kentucky Police Officer Jason Ellis was murdered on May 25, 2013 and the FBI has increased the reward for information up to $185,000.

Ellis was murdered in an ambush. According to the video, the officer was on his way home after his shift when he stopped at a highway off-ramp to remove some branches from the roadway. The branches were placed to ambush the officer who was shot when he attempted to remove the debris from the roadway.
