As we continue to enjoy/bemoan - depending on your outlook - this 'winter that wasn't,'  you're bound to wonder, where is this winter's snow that's not in Upstate New York?  It's in a place you wouldn't expect:  Africa.

The northern portions of the African countries of Algeria and Tunisia, located on the Mediterranean Sea, have seen heavy snow this winter.  Remote villages have been snowed in and inaccessable after several feet fell recently.
