Super Easy Uber Cheesy Macaroni -Eric Meier Cooks
Here’s my recipe for Super Easy Uber Cheesy Macaroni. It’s a very cheesy, super tasty way to cook macaroni.
Eric Meier’s Super Easy Uber Cheesy Macaroni
1 pound of elbow macaroni cooked
1/2 of the cooking water
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup of non-dairy creamer
1 bag each of shredded cheese
-Mild Yellow Chedder
Salt, Pepper, Ground Mustard to taste
Cook the macaroni until tender.
Drain but retail about half of the cooking water. Pour the water into a deep baking dish
Melt the butter in the water
Add the creamer
Add the drained macaroni
Add the cheeses a little bit at a time and stir to avoid clumping
Cook for 1/2 hour at 450 degrees.
