Celebrating Utica's Arterial Today 5-8-12

Here's a holiday that comes around only once in a century, the chance to celebrate the Arterial Highway through Utica. The roadway, known colloquially as The Arterial, is actually a multiplex of New York State Touring Routes 5, 8 and 12. Being that today is May 8, 2012, we can name today Utica Arterial Day and celebrate 5-8-12.
