A post going around on Facebook is asking for a 'No Facebook Day.' Pretty tough, right? But the reason behind it may surprise you.

First it was the #brelfie trend; women posting pictures of themselves breastfeeding. Now it's the #smelfie thanks to Australian comedian Adam Hills. It's men posting pictures of themselves changing diapers, or in Adam's case, changing 'nappies.'

18-year-old Daneil M. Miner of Sherbourne is in critical condition after a car accident on Friday. A Facebook page titled "DaniStrong" has been started to help raise funds for her medical expenses.

I had the most bizarre dream the other night.  I found myself in a room full of ex-Buffalo Bills: Jim Kelly, Bruce Smith, Andrea Reed, Thurman Thomas and others. The dream only lasted a few seconds but, the one thing that stood out was that we had to leave our phones at the door and just talk about Buffalo Bills memories. We were social.

I don't think so. I can see where the professor and singer Mary McCoy were going with their song "Let's Get Social." It was performed at a social media conference and it appears to be designed as an educational tool.  It works for me.

In all the years he's been doing 'Kitchen Nightmares' (in the US at least), Gordon Ramsey never quit on a client. Until he went to Amy's Baking Company in Arizona. Those people were horrible. Taking waitstaff tips, screaming, firing people -- they genuinely are the worst. Unfortunately, they didn't take learning that fact very well.
