CHICAGO, IL – SEPTEMBER 26: U.S. Ryder Cup Captain Davis Love III teed-off for a once-in-a lifetime golf shot from Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago’s 16th Floor Terrace on September 26, 2011 in celebration of reaching the year-out mark of the 2012 Ryder Cup. Each captain attempted three 220-yard shots targeting a golf green modeled after the 17th hole at Medinah and custom-built on a barge floating on the Chicago River. The stunt raised money for charity, with The PGA of America in conjunction with the Ryder Cup Magnificent Moments fundraising campaign donating $100,000 to benefit the Illinois PGA Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. The 2012 Ryder Cup will be played September 25-30, 2012 at historic Medinah (Ill.) Country Club near Chicago. (Photo by Jeff Schear/Getty Images for Ryder Cup)
