As Hurricane Sandy bears down on the northeast, the lines that bring cable television, as well as phone and internet service, may be brought down by high winds.  Time Warner Cable has provided the following advice should your cable go out.

Time Warner has set up an automated phone line that will let you know if the outage you're experiencing is widespread and if the company is aware of it.  The number is 1-888-TWC-HELP.  They have also provided a website that is available from smart phones.

Of course, the radioPup app will be available thought the storm providing updates to your smart phone.
