Have You Heard About Ben & Jerry’s Newest Ice Cream Creations?!

If you love cookie dough (who doesn't??) and ice cream, you're definitely going to want to check out these new flavors from Ben & Jerry's.

And I'm not talking about cookie dough ice cream, chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream or anything like that. That wouldn't really be "newsworthy." Nope, these creations/flavors are pretty awesome...

First, do you know how Ben & Jerry's has those "Core" pint-sized ice cream, where the middle of the ice cream is actually an extra tasty treat? Like, their "Salted Caramel Core" ice cream, which is ice cream with blonde brownie pieces and the middle is just salted caramel. And it is ah-MAZ-ing...

Well, that's the same deal with these three new flavors, BUT instead of a caramel center or a peanut butter and fudge core, these ones have cookie dough. That's right, a whole center of cookie dough, with your ice cream surrounding it (not just a few little chunks of cookie dough).

You're probably wondering what these three flavors are, right?? According to Ben & Jerry's website, it's "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Core," "Sweet Like Sugar Cookie Dough Core," and "Wake and "No Bake" Cookie Dough Core."

The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Core consists of:

Cookie Milk Ice Cream with Fudge Chips & a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Core

Sounds pretty tasty, right? If you like sugar cookies, you should like the "Sweet Like Sugar Cookie Dough Core," which BenJerry.com describes as:

Sweet Cream Ice Cream with a hint of Almond flavor & Shortbread Cookies & Cherry Ice Cream with Cherries & a Sugar Cookie Dough Core

And if you're a chocolate and peanut butter lover, the last flavor is for you. According to BenJerry.com, "Wake and "No Bake" Cookie Dough Core" is:

I don't know about you, but ALL of these creations sound pretty good to me. These three core flavors are still very new, so it may be a few weeks before we start seeing them at Price Chopper, Hannaford, and other places in Central New York, but make sure you keep an eye out for them.
