Thanksgiving is going to look different for families this year, and the nation's go-to turkey tip line is ready to respond, from Central New York to the rest of the country.

With the CDC and Dr. Fauci recommending scaled-back Thanksgiving celebrations this year,  Butterball is on the...ball. Their turkey tip line generally fields about 100,000 calls each holiday, answering questions about everything from thawing to how much stuffing you'll need to feed a crowd. This year, because many people will be staying home, the tip line is pivoting - expecting to respond to questions from thousands hosting Thanksgiving for the very first time.

Of course, Butterball is prepared - like they always are - for the big day. This year though, the preparation for the 51 hot line experts was a little bit different. "The team members will all be working from their homes. “Turkey U,” the training course they all have to take, was virtual; the company sent them each a frozen turkey that they could practice on during the course," reports Marker.Medium.com.
