CNY Photographers Spread Joy with 'Front Steps Project'

Central New York photographers are spreading the love and bringing joy by doing what they do best: taking pictures.

The 'Front Steps Project' was started by a photographer in Boston, and it's spread to the Mohawk Valley. Sara Lawrence and Corri Lenaghan have both stepped up to take photographs as part of this unique project.

Here's how it works: you gather your family on your front steps or your front porch, and the photographer with take your picture. In Sara's case, the photoshoot is free, in Corri's case, she's asking you to consider a donation to the 'Rome Connected Community Schools'.
