I enjoyed the investigations of Hawaii Five-0, an elite branch of the Hawaii State Police headed by a tough cop named Steve McGarrett. Sooner or later just about all of the badguys heard McGarrett grunt "Book 'em, Danno!" So, just what does Five-O mean?

Hawaii Five-O was named in honor of Hawaii's status as the 50th State in the United States of America. Did you know Gregory Peck was considered for the role of Steve McGarrett? Ultimately Jack Lord, then living in Beverly Hills, was asked. He auditioned and at the last moment, got the part.
Here is the last scene and part of the last show of Hawaii Five-O.

The show ran from 1968 to 1980.
