Should Supermarkets Restrict Sales of Eggs Leading Up to Halloween?
Halloween means Trick or Treat. We generally focus on the candy or the treat portion of the phrase. But what about the tricks? One supermarket is hoping to curb the practice of egging on Halloween.
A grocer in suburban Philadelphia recently posted a sign that read
Due to safety concerns we are not allowing the purchase of eggs by minors. 10/24/15-11/1/15. Thank you, Management
Clearly the aim was to not allow young people access to eggs to curb any egging that might happen Halloween night.
What do you think, should the sale of eggs be restricted around Halloween? Let us know in the comment section below.
