High School Musical Season Comes To The Mohawk Valley
It's going to be a busy season in the Mohawk Valley this year for area high school musicals. It all kicks-off this weekend with a couple of area schools presenting shows on Friday the 3rd, and Saturday the 4th.
In Camden, "Shrek the Musical" will take to the high school stage. The Rome Sentinel says performances are Friday at 7 p.m., and Saturday at 2 and 7:30.
Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High presents the classic Broadway musical "Anything Goes" this weekend. The show opens at 7:30 on Friday the 3rd, with additional performances Saturday at 2 and 7:30.
In the coming weeks, Waterville High School will present "9 to 5." That musical run from March 23rd through the 25th. And students at Rome Free Academy are now rehearsing for "Grease." That show will take to the RFA stage on April 4th, and continue through the 6th.
