How Eric Meier Rode Out The Winter Storm

Soup and the Weather Channel.  Last night as we watched the Midwest get slammed with snow, wind, ice and figured we were in for more of the same here in Central New York, I prepared for a hunker-down with broccoli soup and the steady dose of Jim Cantore on the Weather channel.

The cream of broccoli soup, by the way, was a new recipe.  It called for using powered milk and heating over a double boiler.  Turned out really good!
