Illusionist Leon Etienne Headed To China [VIDEO]

Utica’s own Illusionist Leon Etienne is headed to China.

For the next two months, Etienne will be headlining at Franz Harary's House of Magic at Asia's entertainment capital, Studio City Resort and Casino in Macau, China

Leon was handpicked by the House of Magic Booking team and legendary Illusionist Franz Harary to take over and headline Harary's "Mega Magic Show," a $40million production.

“This is another dream come true, and I cannot thank Franz Harary enough for trusting me with his incredible creations,” Etienne says. “I am performing some of the best illusions ever created and every night I get to bring (Franz Harary’s) conceptions to life, live on stage, to a packed theater. It is a tremendous responsibility and I’m taking this opportunity very seriously.”

Etienne also said "My dreams wouldn’t have come true without the support of Central New York. Where ever I am in the world, I’ll always call Utica my home.”

Etienne has starred on NBC's "America's Got Talent" and fooled Penn & Teller on the CW's "Penn & Teller: Fool Us."

He's also showed his wizarding skills on the SYFY Channel's "Wizard Wars"  and wowed Jimmy Fallon and millions of viewers on "Late Nite."
