If you're job hunting, you know how important your resume is.  The key is to make your resume stand out, but in a good way.  There are definitely some things you don't want to put on your resume, unless you really don't want the job!

Career.Builder.com asked hiring managers to share some of the worst things they've seen people put on resumes.  After you read some of these, you'll have to wonder what the job candidate was thinking.

1.  Job candidate included a family medical history with their resume.

2.  Job candidate, when trying to explain an arrest, said they stole a pig "but it was a really small pig."

3.  Job candidate attached a letter from his Mom on his resume.

4.  For the resume, the job candidate used pale blue paper with teddy bears on it.

5.  Job candidate stated they wouldn't be available to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday because that was "drinking time."

6.  Job candidate said they worked well without clothing.

7.  On the outside of the envelope, the job candidate drew a picture of a car and said it was a gift for the hiring manager.

8.  Job candidate mentioned on their resume that their sister won a strawberry eating contest.

Why would you write any of that on a resume?  I'm still laughing over some of these.
