Looking for the delicious taste of lobster rolls from McDonald's? You'll need to head down the thruway to Albany. Lobster rolls return at select McDonald’s locations in the Northeast starting June 20th.

According to The USA Today, the lobster rolls will be appearing on the menu for the first time since the early 2000's.

They are made with North Atlantic lobster meat and tossed in mayonnaise and then layered with lettuce and served on a toasted roll. For $8.99, customers can purchase the lobster roll through mid-August, according to McDonald's."

The roll is the lowest calorie item on the McDonald's menu. The roll is just 290 calories. No word yet if they will make the trip down the thruway to CNY anytime soon.
