Minneapolis One Year Old Called ” A Miracle” After Surviving An 11 Story Fall [VIDEO]

A one year old baby in Minneapolis is alive and without serious brain damage after falling from an eleven story balcony. The doctor taking care of the baby says it's a miracle he survived the fall and without suffering a serious brain injury.

While there are so many questions with this story, like how did it happen and who's at fault, I still am amazed this baby survived.  Luck? I think not. Talk about a miracle. I hope he has a full and speedy recovery.
