New Barbie Doll Encourages Shaving

Little girls don't have much time to enjoy being little girls anymore. Mattel has come out with line of Monster High dolls, apparently in an attempt to appeal to the Twilight crowd.

One of these dolls, a teenage werewolf named Clawdeen Wolf, has so much hair that she has to pluck, wax and shave between classes. Here is Clawdeen's character description from Yahoo Shine :

"My hair is worthy of a shampoo commercial, and that's just what grows on my legs. Plucking and shaving is definitely a full-time job but that's a small price to pay for being scarily fabulous." Her favorite activity? "Flirting with boys."
