Nickelback and Daughtry are Coming to Upstate New York This Summer
The summer concert season just keeps growing and growing with more names being added every week. Now it's been announced that Daughtry and Nickelback will be coming to the area in July.
They actually have announced two stops in New York this summer, one in Central New York, and the other is on the western side of the state. Whether you want to use this as an excuse for a road trip and a mini-getaway, or you just want to see the show and make it back to your own home by the end of the night, you can.
It's the "Nickelback: Feed The Machine Tour," and it's first stop in New York is at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The show is on Monday, July 10th at 6pm. It includes Nickelback (obviously), Daughtry, and Shaman's Harvest.
If you can't make it to that show (or would like a road trip adventure to go along with your show), you can see the "Nickelback: Feed The Machine Tour" at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, July 12th. This show is also at 6pm, and also includes Daughtry and Shaman's Harvest.
Presale tickets are available now. General public tickets go on sale for both shows starting at 10am on February 11th.
Nickelback, known for their hits like "How You Remind Me," "Photograph," "Rockstar," and "If Today Was Your Last Day," will kick off their "Feed The Machine Tour" this June in Indiana. Their ninth studio album "Feed The Machine," is set to be released on June 9th.
And you probably remember Chris Daughtry from American Idol. He was the fourth-place contestant on season five. After his experience on the hit show, he started the group "Daughtry" where he is the lead singer and guitarist. Daughtry has since sold over eight million albums with hits like "It's Not Over," "Home," "No Surprise," and "What About Now."
