As expected, the 2017 Grammy Awards will present honorary tribute segments dedicated to Prince and George Michael, two cultural icons who passed away in 2016.

Although selected artists involved in both memorial tributes have not been disclosed, rumor has it that Bruno Mars will lead an all-star tribute to Prince. Neil Portnow, President/CEO of The Recording Academy, issued a statement, which reads (via CBS):

George Michael and Prince were pop icons who showcased rare musical genius and otherworldly charisma. While each possessed a distinct style and sound, they were both adored by audiences worldwide. The passings of two such creative innovators were a huge loss for the creative community; The Recording Academy is humbled to pay homage to their tremendous legacies on the GRAMMY stage."

As we previously reported, Beyonce, The Weeknd, Alicia Keys, A Tribe Called Quest, Anderson .Paak, John Legend and others are set to perform on music's biggest night.

The 59th Grammy Awards will air live from Los Angeles at 8PM ET on CBS. You can peep the full list of nominations here.
