The boss is breathing down your neck. You have a million things to do. That last check you wrote just bounced.  Stress can come in a million different forms. How do you handle stress? Some female stars share what they do to relieve stress.

1.  Get outside and enjoy nature. Christina Applegate says being outside helps her relieve stress and she tries to set aside at least twenty minutes each day to enjoy nature.

2.  Write it out. Sometimes writing down what's stressing you out can help turn something negative into something positive. Jessica Simpson is a big fan of writing it out. She goes through a journal about every five months.

3.  Switch your focus. Read a book, head to a museum. Do something that makes you happy and takes your mind off the stress. Britney Spears says she reads every night.

4.  Calm down. What works for Oprah? She likes to take a bubble bath when life starts getting crazy. Her theory is the crazier things are on the outside, the calmer she needs to be on the inside.

5.  Go to the gym. Plain and simple, working out is good for you. It's good for you body and your mind. Eva Longoria says it does the trick for her.

6.  Pamper yourself. Love a massage? Go get one. Do something that takes care of you! For Hilary Swank, that would be treating herself to a pedicure.
