This has been one of the coldest winters on record for not just Central New York, but the whole country. New York City is no exception and one group called OckTV, did a social experiment to test the kindness of strangers.

It's February in Central New York and that means subzero temperatures. These low temps combined with the wind chill brings huge potential for frostbite and nobody wants that! The Mayo Clinic released a list of ways to prevent this horribly painful condition and it's so important for you to read and apply this advice.

This ridiculously cold weather is enough to freeze even the biggest winter lovers, but making your day a little warmer is pretty easy. Here are a few things you can do to help keep yourself warm throughout the day.

A chilling record has been set.  Antarctica has recorded the coldest temperature ever on earth.  How cold?  Colder than North Dakota, Siberia or Alaska.
