Authorities are trying to track down a driver involved in a hit and run accident in the town of Herkimer and that resulted in several vehicles being damage at an auto repair shop parking lot.

The most recent incident involved the a hit-and-run car/pedestrian accident on Black River Boulevard earlier this week, police said.

"For the life of me I can't understand why she didn't stop...She just kept on going like nothing happened!" Those words from an eyewitness in a serious hit-and-run, T-bone style accident at Genesee Street and the Parkway in Utica that sent one man to the hospital on Thursday afternoon.

Troopers say the woman already has a DWI conviction and was supposed to be driving with a interlock system.
