A North Country mom was ticketed by authorities after neighbors called to complain about her child. The kid's behavior? Playing in the street outside.

The Annual Summer Snow Day, held around America,  is all about dogs having fun in the snow. You may not be ready to think about that white stuff but it's just another excuse to have fun for our four legged friends. And they could care less if it's fake snow.

Thanks to Mother Nature, we got a lot, and I mean A LOT, of snow just days before the official start of spring. Closings and delays all over the area, but kids I'm sure are enjoying the day, like mine is. And here's a little video to show you. What are your kids doing today?
