Here's something one business owner in Upstate New York didn't expect to see on his cameras in the morning!

Imagine driving down the road and seeing a camera enclosed in a gray box and trained right on your car.  That's exactly what you'll encounter on some roads in New York's North Country of St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties.  WWNY-TV investigated and National Grid, who owns the polls that house the cameras, won't say who put them up and for what purpose.
