The Sesame Street crew has scored viral video hits in the past by tying into pop culture icons like Katy Perry and the TV show Glee.  Now they've got another sure fire viral hit with this Cookie Monster spoof of Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe."

Children of the ’70s and ’80s may remember that breastfeeding used to be featured on ‘Sesame Street,’ as a way of educating kids about the natural bodily function. Apparently that practice has stopped, much to the dismay of the more than 5000 people who have signed a petition to “Bring Breastfeeding Back To Sesame Street.”

Well, it’s confirmed. Bruno Mars can sing about anything and it’s going to sound amazing. Case in point: the crooner’s new ‘Sesame Street’ tune, ‘Don’t Give Up.’

I haven't had to shop for kids before until this Christmas. All I can remember about toys are what I always wanted growing up. Problem is I haven't been been a baby in over 28 years and I'm looking for my nephew and I'm not use to wanting boy toys. I decided to do some research and see what toys kids are into now. The toys for girls were easy because I could tell it would have been something I wanted, but for a boy I struggled. But I think I have it all figured out and now have a better idea on what boys and girls want. As ‘Sesame Street‘ prepares to kick off its 42nd season (seriously!) on September 26, several of the show’s monsters stopped by ‘Good Morning America‘ to wreak cuddly havoc.

Should long-time bachelor “roommates” Bert and Ernie tie the knot? LGBT activist Lair Scott thinks so, and he has created on online petition on Change.org which requests that Sesame Street and PBS allow the pair to wed. According to the petition, such a matrimony would help teach kids that homophobia is not OK.
