According to these students in a San Francisco internet office, heathcare.gov has got it backwards. Three very smart computer programmers took on the problems of healthcare.gov and constructed their own version of what they thought the website should be. After all, most who need insurance want to know details before enrolling, and now you may be able to get just that.
