The last place on earth you would ever imagine a case of animal cruelty happening, would be on a farm. But that's actually what happened on a farm near Mt. Pleasant Michigan, about a half hour north of Saginaw. 71 dead calves were discovered on their property and now the owners are in deep trouble.

If convicted of the felony, he could face a maximum penalty of four years in prison and a $5,000 fine. What do you think, should the penalty be more severe?
