This Pastor When Leaving Jail Does Not Like a Reporters Questions and Now May Face More Assault Charges [VIDEO]

So this Pastor gets himself out of jail on sexual assault charges and what does he do? He commits an alleged assault when a reporter badgered him about the those allegations that put him behind bars in the first place. After throwing her microphone, he may be heading back to jail.

I have to admit that I'm somewhat sympathetic because all he was trying to do was walk down the sidewalk and get into his car. When the reporter for WFTV confronted him, he clearly was in no mood to answers questions, yet appeased her. How much of this should an accused man take, before he can't take it anymore?.

When the pastor rips the microphone from the reporter’s hand and tosses it in the air, you can hear her say, "that’s assault." Is it? Did the pastor do something that will put him back in jail? We'll see.
