Tired Of The Same Old Snowmen? How About A Lighthouse

With so much snow there's only so many snowmen and snow angels you can make before you get bored. Then its time to start getting creative like this Ilion resident.

Matthew Deschamps of Ilion decided to do something different wit all the snow, so he created a Lighthouse.

If you're driving through Ilion, swing up Otsego Street. That's where you'll see the sculpture.

Deschamps says it took him about 5 total hours to build the snow up around his lamp post and spray paint the 'brick' in front of the sculpture.

Despite all that time he says he definitely plans on making more, so be on the lookout for more snow-sculpted lighthouses around the Valley.
