Watch the Moore, Oklahoma Tornado Form [VIDEO]

A storm chaser caught on video the birth of the tornado that devastated the city of Moore, Oklahoma yesterday (May 20).

The video shows the twister first descend from the clouds over Newcastle, Oklahoma.  The Moore Tornado went on a 40 minute rampage of destruction that took 24 lives.
